Shipping Policy & Methods (*)

 

Shipments within Greece are subject to shipping charges:

Minimum charge €4.00 for every order under €50 up to 2 kg, within the city (ATTICA).

Minimum charge €5.50 for every order under €50 up to 2 kg, outside the city (PROVINCE).

Minimum charge €5.50 for every order under €50 up to 2 kg, outside the city (CRETE).

For orders weighing more than 2 kg, there is an additional charge of +€1.00 for each additional kg.

For each cash on delivery shipment, regardless of the value of the order, there is an additional charge of €2.00.

Orders over €50 and up to 2 kg are free of shipping charges.

 

Shipments to Cyprus are subject to shipping charges:

Minimum charge €20.00 for each order weighing up to 500gr.

For every order over 500gr and for every additional 500gr, regardless of its value, there is an addition charge of €1.35.

(**) All shipments are measured. The volumetric weight is calculated in kilograms. In any case, the higher actual or volumetric weight is invoiced.

 

Special Orders

For special categories of products, for example, special products that come on order or are of very high value or outside the normal flow of Orthosmile.eu, an advance payment may be requested before the order is executed.

 

Validity of Orders

Orders placed from Greece and Cyprus are valid. Orders are placed during the day between 09:00 and 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The order is shipped the next day, if the product is available.

 

Shipment

To avoid any additional shipping charges, the order is shipped when all the products in it are available.

If for some reason you want only the available products of the order to be delivered, please contact 0030 210 8145 775, quoting the order number or place a separate order for the unavailable products.

The final confirmation of availability is processed during the final processing of the order and the collection of your products.

 

Notification in cases of unavailable products

Regarding products that you have ordered but are not available and are marked backordered, we will contact you to inform you of their estimated delivery time. Normally, you will be notified within a reasonable time of three working days from the date of the order to the contact details you filled in during your order.

 

Processing the shipment upon receipt of the goods

It is clearly stated that the products of your order are sent and the responsibility for the transport to the place you have indicated to us and until they are received by you lies with Orthosmile O.E. If for any reason you choose the transport company or the transport is done by your own means, then the responsibility of the transport is yours.

Also, upon receipt of the goods, an extensive check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out, in order to observe any problem that may have arisen during transport.

In the event that you find a problem with the packaging, please do not proceed with receiving the goods but contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after receipt, you should report this to the carrier/courier company immediately. Afterwards please inform us respectively the soonest possible.
