Return Policy
- Incorrect Product Shipment
The conditions of returning the incorrect product shipped are:
- The product must not have been opened
- The product packaging must not be damaged
- To be informed upon receipt of the order or at the latest on the next working day
In the event that any of the conditions are not met, Orthosmile.eu has the right not to accept the return of the incorrect product.
- Defective or Damaged product
If the product is received:
- With open packaging
- With damaged packaging
- With a short expiry date, so that there is no adequate consumption time
In these cases, the product is returned and Orthosmile.eu undertakes the cost of shipment of the defective product.
The only condition that must be met by the customer is immediate notification, upon receipt of the order or notification the next working day.
In the event that a product is received that does not belong to the above three categories but there is a feeling of altered or different from the usual characteristics, then the product should be returned to follow inspection and communication with the company, which is solely responsible for its circulation.
In the event that the customer's claim is verified, then Orthosmile.eu undertakes to send a new product without any charge to the customer. Otherwise, Orthosmile.eu reserves the right to assume any responsibility.
The return of the defective product and the shipment of the new product as well as the return of the incorrect product shipped are free of charge for the consumer and will be carried out at the company's shipping/resending costs only with the Courier company Orthosmile.eu cooperates with.
- Order Cancellation - Change of Mind
In case the customer receives an order and wishes to return one or more products, then the customer undertakes the return at his own expense. Orthosmile.eu then receives and checks the products and undertakes to return the corresponding amount in the same way the payment was made.
The conditions for the return and acceptance of the products are:
- The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt
- Their packaging must not have been opened
- That they have been kept in the right conditions and that there is no alteration in their packaging
Refunds
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, except in the case of cash on delivery. In case the price has been charged to the consumer's credit card, the exercise of the right of withdrawal also results in the termination of the relevant tripartite contract between the consumer - supplier and the bank, without payment of compensation. There may be deductions from the consumer's bank. Orthosmile.eu is not obliged to cover the costs charged (in the usual practice of banks) by the financial institution with which the customer cooperates when receiving the amounts returned.
In case the price has been paid by cash on delivery and the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, then the refund of the price will be made by depositing into the bank account of the consumer, who must inform the company in writing for this reason, providing information on the exact number and other details of the account, as well as the banking institution where it is held. In this case, the consumer assumes sole responsibility for the correctness and validity of the data and information provided.
The refund in the case of withdrawal according to the above is made only for the value of the products and does not include any costs that the consumer may have paid.
It should be noted that for reasons of safety and health protection, returns are not made on products that have been unsealed after delivery and concern personal care items (e.g. toothbrushes, thermometers and any kind of sanitary material for oral hygiene).
